Beth
Peakall, our Managing Director, has almost 20 years experience
working in housing at all levels on two continents.
Beth graduated
with a BA in
Political Science in 1986 and completed an MSc in Housing in 2004.
She has worked in
social housing since
1990, beginning with housing co-operatives in Canada.
Since returning
to England in 1993 she has worked in social housing in a variety of
settings.
Beth is a member of
the Chartered Institute
of Housing, the Institute of Leadership and Management and the
Chartered Management Institute.
She also holds a
D32/33 Assessors award with an A1 upgrade. a V1 and PTLLS Certificate.
Working with people
has always been a
passion. Helping them to grow and develop – to see that change opens up
a world of possibilities – is rewarding. Beth is able to help people
make exciting contributions both professionally and personally.

All
the NVQ assessors that The Housing Trainers employ are
'occupationally competent'. This
means that their professional experience matches the NVQs that they
wish to
assess. Our assessors also hold D32/33 and/or an A1 assessors award.
As well as our in-house expertise, The Housing Trainers work with a
variety of partners to deliver
high-quality training in a variety of fields.
